Payments experience report
On this project I was in charge of the Art Direction, creative execution and data visualisation. The report was done in collaboration with the content team and an external agency. One of the major challenges I had was working with an external agency were all the creative department left at once, something impossible to anticipate and where we had zero visibility. Thanks to our collaborative nature and new strategy, we could deliver a final product that met all the brief requirements, in time, receiving positive feedback from senior stakeholders and increasing by 14% the downloads from the previous report published.
Task
To design a report that showcases the research findings and insights from TrueLayer about the payments experience of customers. The report is aimed at businesses that want to improve their payment journeys and align with customer expectations. It uses a variety of visual elements, such as charts, graphs, icons, and images, to illustrate the data and enhance the readability. The report is available in both PDF and web formats, so the design needs to be adaptable and responsive to different screen sizes and devices.
I helped many companies designing best performing content pieces, including some massive reports. Elevating what could have been another boring white paper into proper thought leadership that got us hundreds of important downloads.
